Hi, I’m Alfie,

I’m a driven, relationship focused recruiter who takes a genuine approach to connecting great people with the right opportunities. I’m approachable, honest and persistent, and I understand that the right hire or career move has to work for everyone involved, not just look good on paper.

One of my biggest strengths is building long term relationships and getting to know people beyond their CV. I take the time to understand what you actually want from your next move, what matters to you, and what will make a role work in the long term. I’m proactive, straight talking and big on doing what I say I’ll do, so you can expect clear communication and no unnecessary disappearing acts.

For clients, I focus on understanding the person behind the vacancy as much as the person behind the CV. That means taking a considered approach, asking the right questions and working hard to find a genuine match rather than simply making up the numbers.

I’m persistent in the nicest possible way. Basically, if there’s a good opportunity hiding somewhere, I’ll probably find it before it gets the chance to hide again.

Outside of work, I like to keep busy and make the most of my time. You’ll usually find me at the gym, making the most of my weekends, or spending quality time with friends and family. I’m a big believer in having a good balance between work and life, whether that’s staying active, socialising or simply enjoying some well earned downtime.
