I’m a people-first recruiter who likes to keep things simple - build genuine relationships, understand what people actually want, and get the job done properly.

I’m known for being approachable, straight-talking and committed to getting the right result. If you’re looking for your next role, I’ll take the time to understand what you actually want from it - not just the job title, but the team, environment and opportunity that’s going to feel right for you.

For clients, you can expect me to be honest, responsive and proactive throughout the process. My focus is always on finding the right person rather than simply filling a vacancy, because nobody benefits from forcing a match that isn’t there.

I enjoy getting to know the people I work with and building relationships that last beyond one placement. For me, good recruitment comes down to trust, communication and making sure both the candidate and client feel confident they’ve made the right choice.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of keeping busy - spending time with friends and family, getting out and about, trying new places, enjoying good food and making the most of my weekends. I’m always up for a bit of competition too… although I’ll let you decide whether I’m actually any good at it!
