​Hi, I’m Racheal. I’ve spent over 20 years helping businesses achieve their goals across sales, marketing, customer service, in house recruitment, and training Sales Development Managers. With that kind of background, I understand how important it is to keep things running smoothly, communicate properly, and make sure everyone feels looked after throughout the process.

As a Client Engagement Coordinator, my focus is on building strong, lasting relationships and making sure both clients and candidates feel supported from start to finish. I’m all about honest, meaningful conversations that actually make a difference, and I like to get problems solved quickly and properly, not just patched over. I’ve always believed it’s not about knowing every answer, it’s about knowing where to find it and making sure nothing gets missed along the way.

For clients, that means a reliable point of contact who keeps things organised, clear, and moving forward. For candidates, it means a smooth, well managed experience where you’re kept informed and never left in the dark.

If something needs sorting, I’m already on it… usually with a cup of tea in one hand and a to do list in the other.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time looking after Mr Jiggles, who I adopted in 2020 after he was found tied to a tree in Ireland. He definitely has the best life now and loves long walks, including tackling Hadrian’s Wall with me, although neither of us made it all the way.

I’m also currently writing two books, which keeps me busy, and when I’m not walking or writing, you’ll usually find me meditating or trying to figure out how the universe actually works.
