​Hi, I’m Sotiris (Soti for short) - Recruitment to me is the passion of helping people that are looking to find their next role, progress to the next level or start their career in nursing or childcare.

If we happen to work together, you will notice that I listen properly, pay attention to the details, and never rush decisions. For me, recruitment isn’t just helping someone make their next move, it's finding a role they will feel comfortable and feel happy for years to come. 

My background has always centred around working with people. I have an extensive career in Hospitality which has given me the tools to listen, communicate clearly and have an eye for details that other would miss.

Those are some key character traits that help me to the best for you. When it is time to make an important decision for your career, you don't need pressure - you need transparency, guidance, and someone who genuinely has their best interests at heart.

Alongside my professional experience, I also competed nationally in Basketball. That experience taught me to always help those around me first. It taught me how to communicate with people from different backgrounds, with different interests and different personalities. It’s the same mindset I bring to recruitment today help people towards their goals with a clear plan and clear communication.

Problem solving is one of my best attributes, and if something doesn’t quite fit, we will work together until we find the right opportunity. You can expect clear communication, reliability, and someone who is with you in your journey from start to finish.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about Cinema, Fitness, and Video Games. I am always looking to improve and always looking for better ways to connect the people to their next career role.
