Deputy Nursery Manager
Up to £30,300 per annum | 40 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior early years professional - such as a Third in Charge or existing Deputy Nursery Manager to step into a key leadership role and support the continued success of a respected and child-focused setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous senior experience within a nursery setting, such as Third in Charge or Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Confident leadership and team support skills
- A warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality early years care and education

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Helping to lead and motivate the staff team to maintain high standards across the setting
- Ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
- Supporting staff development and acting as a role model for best practice
- Maintaining safeguarding, compliance, and operational standards
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting a safe, calm, and engaging learning environment for all children
