Early Years Teacher (QTS / EYPS)
Salary:Up to £39,000 per annum
Full-Time, 40 hours per week

This is a setting that understands children in the round, and they are now looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher to match that ambition.
They are looking for a QTS or EYPS-qualified professional to join their dedicated team, lead on early years practice, and help every child reach their full potential in an environment that truly supports them to do so.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) - essential
Experience working within an early years or nursery setting
A strong, working knowledge of EYFS and early childhood pedagogy
Confident leading on practice and inspiring those around you
Warm, creative, and genuinely passionate about early years education
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care and education

Key Responsibilities
Leading on the planning and delivery of high-quality early years education across the setting
Using your QTS or EYPS qualification to drive outstanding practice, raising standards across the team
Delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences across large, bright, purpose-built rooms
Conducting observations, assessments, and progress tracking in line with EYFS and school readiness goals
Mentoring and supporting practitioners, acting as a pedagogical lead within the setting
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the wider team
Contributing to the nursery's continued Good Ofsted standard and quality improvement
