We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen within a luxury nursing home. This is a unique opportunity for a talented culinary professional to combine the creativity and precision of fine dining with the reward of making a genuine difference to residents' lives.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have built their careers within high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality - You will bring a strong fine dining background, experience working to Rosette standards, and a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team. A stable career history and a genuine appreciation for working within a refined, resident-focused environment will be key to success in this role.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef
Rosette-level experience
Fine dining background within high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality
Proven experience leading and developing a professional kitchen team
Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance
Experience creating seasonal, high-quality menus using fresh ingredients
Ability to maintain exceptional standards in a luxury environment
Highly Desirable

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Inspire, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade
Design and deliver restaurant-quality menus that balance luxury with nutrition
Ensure meals are beautifully presented and tailored to residents' individual dietary needs
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and service
Manage stock, ordering, budgets, and supplier relationships
Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and environmental health regulations
Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the kitchen operation
