Nursery Manager – Early Years Leader
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager passionate about leading a high-quality early years setting? Our client is seeking a committed and dynamic childcare professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of their nursery and drive continuous improvement across all areas of practice.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and best practices in early years development
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
- Mindset: Passionate, child-focused, and committed to providing inclusive, high-quality education and care
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily nursery operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children, staff, and families
- Curriculum Oversight: Lead the planning and delivery of a creative, developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with EYFS
- Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and support a team of early years practitioners, fostering professional growth and accountability
- Parental Engagement: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers through open communication and partnership
- Compliance & Safeguarding: Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Ofsted, EYFS, ratios, policies)
