Nursery Manager – Ascot - £41,000

 

This Nursery Manager role is based in a well-established setting with large, airy rooms and a spacious outdoor garden, where children benefit from a fully embedded Forest School programme. Caring for children from three months to five years across defined age-group rooms, the nursery is structured and well-resourced, making it well suited to an experienced leader who can oversee quality, support staff, and ensure consistent standards across the provision.

  • You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • You must have recent Nursery Manager experience
  • You should be confident leading a team and managing overall nursery operations

  • Salary: £41,000 per year (depending on experience)

What you’ll need

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and early years compliance requirements
  • Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and maintain operational standards

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Oversee practice across rooms to maintain consistent standards
  • Ensure delivery of EYFS, including outdoor and Forest School learning
  • Manage, support, and develop room leaders and practitioners
  • Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with parents and carers
