They are now looking for an experienced and confident Nursery Manager to lead this thriving setting, inspire their dedicated team, and continue building on the strong foundations already in place.

 

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager - essential
  • A strong track record of maintaining or improving Ofsted outcomes
  • A warm, inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years legislation
  • Organised, commercially aware, and confident managing the day-to-day running of a busy nursery
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education in a rich, resource-led environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
  • Ensuring EYFS delivery is embedded throughout, with a strong focus on child-led exploration and creative play
  • Making the most of the nursery's extensive garden and indoor resources to enrich children's daily experiences
  • Managing budgets, occupancy, staffing, and resources effectively
  • Maintaining and building upon the nursery's Good Ofsted rating through high standards and continuous improvement
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Preparing confidently for Ofsted inspections and maintaining inspection-ready standards day to day
