Nursery Manager | Up to £35,000 + Benefits | Small Nursery

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and support a talented team to deliver outstanding childcare and early education.
  • Maintain full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Oversee daily operations - from staffing and budgets to parent partnerships and curriculum planning.
  • Champion inclusion and support for children with SEN, ensuring every child thrives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain an environment that is safe, nurturing and engaging.
