Nursery Manager – Beautiful Converted Setting
Up to £45,000 per annum + Welcome Bonus & Bonus Scheme
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established setting in a beautifully converted building, designed to create a warm, inspiring environment for children to learn, explore, and thrive.
The nursery offers enriching opportunities that support curiosity, creativity, and development, and already holds a Good Ofsted rating. Our client is now looking for a strong leader who can build on this success and drive the setting towards even higher standards.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager – essential
- Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for delivering high-quality early years care
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
- Driving quality and maintaining strong Ofsted outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS framework across all age groups
- Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Managing occupancy, staffing, and overall nursery performance
