This full-time role (40 hours per week) is perfect for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating enriching, child-led learning experiences and building positive relationships with children and families.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential
• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and development
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding best practices
• Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• A warm, inclusive approach with a can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Provide warm, responsive care that supports each child’s emotional and developmental needs
• Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure high-quality learning and a consistent daily routine
• Maintain accurate observations and records to monitor children’s progress
• Build respectful partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies to ensure a secure environment
