This full-time role (40 hours per week) is perfect for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating enriching, child-led learning experiences and building positive relationships with children and families.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and development
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding best practices
- Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A warm, inclusive approach with a can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide warm, responsive care that supports each child’s emotional and developmental needs
- Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure high-quality learning and a consistent daily routine
- Maintain accurate observations and records to monitor children’s progress
