Nursery Practitioner | Up to £30,300 | Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment.
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A kind, proactive, and nurturing approach to working with children.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
  • Nurture every child’s emotional, physical, and social development.
  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.
