What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (ideally full daycare)
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- A warm, caring nature with strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to grow professionally

- Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Observing and recording children’s development, celebrating milestones with families and carers
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Promoting inclusive practice and safeguarding the wellbeing of all children
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our curriculum and daily routines
- Ensuring the nursery environment is clean, welcoming, and rich in learning opportunities
