What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (ideally full daycare)
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing space where children feel confident and valued
• Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Observing and recording children’s development, celebrating milestones with families and carers
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and team members
• Promoting inclusive practice and safeguarding the wellbeing of all children
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our curriculum and daily routines
• Ensuring the nursery environment is clean, welcoming, and rich in learning opportunities
