Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
£27,000 – £29,000 per annum | Full-Time, across 4–5 Days | All Year Round
Blending Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles, this is a setting that nurtures individuality, independence, and confidence in every child - creating an environment where children are supported to explore, develop, and thrive entirely at their own pace.
With a large outdoor area used multiple times daily and a philosophy that places the child at the centre of their own learning journey, this is a nursery that stands out - and they are now looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner who shares that vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education rooted in Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles
- Supporting children to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Making full use of the nursery's large outdoor area, facilitating nature-based learning and active exploration every day
- Planning and implementing child-led activities that nurture individuality, independence, and confidence
- Observing and documenting children's development in line with EYFS, sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Building genuine, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's distinctive ethos every single day
