Key Responsibilities

• Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education rooted in Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles
• Supporting children to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Making full use of the nursery's large outdoor area, facilitating nature-based learning and active exploration every day
• Planning and implementing child-led activities that nurture individuality, independence, and confidence
• Observing and documenting children's development in line with EYFS, sharing progress meaningfully with families
• Building genuine, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's distinctive ethos every single day
