Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

Our client’s Ofsted-rated “Good” nursery is currently expanding its team as part of ongoing growth, with a particular focus on strengthening support in the baby room. Practitioners work across well-defined early years spaces, including dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers and preschool children, alongside access to an outdoor garden used throughout the year. The environment is designed to support calm, structured care, with an experienced team and a strong management structure in place.

What you’ll need

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Confidence supporting care and learning in a baby room environment
• Ability to work 40 hours per week  

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day care and supervision within the baby room
• Support children’s early development through planned and spontaneous activities
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team across age groups
• Maintain safeguarding, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute to a structured and consistent learning environment
• Support the nursery’s ongoing expansion and evolving team structure
