Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Brand New Nursery Setting!

£28,000 – £31,000 per annum
40 hours per week, All Year Round

Designed to feel like a home-from-home, this setting offers thoughtfully planned indoor spaces alongside outdoor areas that inspire curiosity, creativity, and independence in children aged three months to five years.

 

Our client is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team and help create a warm, engaging, and high-quality early years experience for every child.

 

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
  • Experience working in an early years setting – essential
  • Experience working with children across the full age range from babies to pre-school
  • A caring, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years education
  • Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and supporting children’s independence
  • A positive, reliable team player with a proactive attitude
  • Good communication skills when working with families and colleagues

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and education for children within your room
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities in line with EYFS
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Encouraging outdoor play and helping children explore and learn through nature
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children’s development
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
