Job description
Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Montessori Nursery
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per year
Schedule: 4 days per week | 8:00am–6:00pm | All Year Round
This nursery is known for its child-centred approach, supportive team culture, and small class sizes that allow practitioners to build meaningful relationships with every child.

What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Passion for child development and learning through play
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Montessori qualification or experience is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Support children’s independence through Montessori-inspired practices
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
