Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

£29,120 per annum | 40 hours per week

 

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming nursery with a true home-from-home feel.

 

This nursery combines the EYFS framework with influences from Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, creating a child-centred environment where curiosity, creativity, and independence are encouraged from an early age. The nursery is dedicated to providing high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences that support every child’s individual development.

 

With a Good Ofsted rating, the setting prides itself on creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
  • Experience working within an early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge or interest in Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches
  • A nurturing, caring, and child-led approach to childcare
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, child-led activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Observing and tracking children’s development
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met
