What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare - essential
• Experience working within an early years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring, nurturing approach to childcare
• A positive team player with strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Observing and tracking children’s development
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met at all times
