Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Term-Time)
Up to £28,300 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging, child-led learning experiences
Make full use of the nursery's extensive outdoor spaces to support children's development
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play and exploration
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
