What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Proven nursery experience supporting children aged 0–5
• Good knowledge of EYFS and child development principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Confident in maintaining ratios, safeguarding, and wellbeing standards
