• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Nursery Room Leader or in a senior early years position
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise your nursery room team, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that meet Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in your care
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Support operational management, including staff scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing regular feedback to the team and families
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the nursery
