What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader within an early years setting.
• In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and best practice in early years education.
• Confident leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

• Lead and inspire your room team to deliver exceptional early years care and education.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are consistently upheld.
• Support, mentor, and guide Nursery Practitioners in their professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and progress, celebrating every achievement.
