- A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Regular team events and a friendly, supportive working culture
- Company pension for your long-term security
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver exceptional early years care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are consistently upheld.
- Support, mentor, and guide Nursery Practitioners in their professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and progress, celebrating every achievement.
