Care Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

40 Hours per week

Overseeing both a nursing and residential home, you’ll have the chance to shape services, inspire teams, and drive high standards of care across both settings. This is a role for a confident leader who thrives on responsibility and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.

What We’re Looking For

• Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) – essential
• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager – essential
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs and mental health conditions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple services
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident approach
• Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
• A proactive and organised approach to managing services

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of both the nursing and residential homes
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered across both services
• Leading, motivating, and developing staff teams
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
• Managing performance, staffing, and occupancy levels
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across both homes
