Registered Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)
Up to £55,000 | Full-Time
Join a well-established nursing home as a Nurse Qualified Home Manager and take the lead in delivering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and driving high standards across both clinical and operational performance.
The home is purpose-built to support older adults with a range of care needs and provides a warm, welcoming environment where residents can feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Supported by a dedicated team, you will play a key role in shaping the home's continued success, developing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for residents and their families.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
- Active NMC registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and staffing performance
- Excellent leadership and people management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursing home
- Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and clinical practice
- Drive continuous improvement and service quality
- Support, develop, and inspire the staff team
- Ensure positive outcomes for residents and families
- Manage CQC compliance and inspection readiness
- Monitor occupancy, budgets, and overall home performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
