Set in a stunning location with beautiful scenic views, our client is a modern, bright residential home providing warm, personalised care for older adults with personal and dementia care needs. With a genuinely home-from-home environment and a team that prides itself on making every resident feel truly at home, this is a setting that stands out.
Our client is now seeking an experienced and values-driven Registered Home Manager to lead this wonderful home and inspire the team around them.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential
- Current or recent CQC Registered Manager status — strongly preferred
- Our client will also consider an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong, proven track record who is ready to take the step up
- Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and experience managing inspections
- A warm, person-centred leadership style that reflects the home's ethos
- Experience in residential and/or dementia care for older adults

Key Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management and leadership of the home
- Maintaining and building upon the home's Good CQC rating through outstanding practice
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a dedicated care team who share the home's values
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and all relevant legislation
- Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to ensure the home runs smoothly
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
- Championing a 'home from home' culture where every resident feels safe, valued, and respected
