Registered Manager Children’s Home - Up to £55,000 - Complex Needs and EBD

 

Are you a Registered Manager who understands what it takes to maintain high standards within a children’s residential setting?  We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care who brings experience and understanding of how to maintain standards, lead a team with clarity, and deliver consistent care in a structured environment.

 

You will be overseeing a children’s home with a Good Ofsted rating, supporting children and young people with complex needs and EBD, backed by a strong and established management and support structure.

What You’ll Need
Proven senior experience within children’s residential care – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)

• Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
• Level 3 or Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification (or equivalent)
• Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspection frameworks

• Experience managing budgets and financial accountability
• Full UK driving licence

 

What You’ll Do
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the children’s home

• Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
• Manage budgets and oversee financial performance
• Ensure ongoing Ofsted readiness and regulatory compliance
• Lead, supervise and develop the staff team
• Oversee care planning and ensure positive outcomes for young people
