Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Dementia & Nursing Care

£23 per hour | 36 Hours per week, Day & Night Rotation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care with compassion and professionalism
• Lead and support care teams during your shift, promoting best practice
• Develop and review personalised care plans alongside the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications and oversee clinical interventions
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, escalating concerns promptly
• Build positive relationships with families and encourage their involvement in care

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
• Previous experience in elderly, dementia, or complex care settings
• Confident in leading shifts and supporting care teams
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities
• A proactive, person-centred approach to care
