Holding a Good Ofsted rating, our client is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to take ownership of their room and be a valued part of a team that genuinely cares.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting - essential
• A solid understanding of EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
• Confident leading a room team and motivating practitioners around a shared vision
• Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day running of your room, creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Making the most of the nursery's free-flow access and outdoor garden to enrich children's learning experiences
• Observing, assessing, and documenting children's development, sharing progress with families
• Mentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive and consistent role model
• Contributing to the wider nursery team and supporting the Nursery Manager in maintaining high standards
