Up to £32,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

Our client is looking for a passionate Room Leader to join their Good Ofsted-rated nursery. Purpose-built with children's development at its heart, the nursery offers bright, modern learning spaces alongside exceptional outdoor facilities that encourage children to learn through exploration, creativity, and active play.

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar senior role
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
- Support and motivate practitioners to deliver outstanding early years practice
- Plan and oversee engaging activities that promote children's learning and development
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
- Encourage outdoor learning and make full use of the nursery's purpose-built outdoor spaces
- Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promote high standards of care, safeguarding, and EYFS practice throughout the room
