£30,000 – £35,000 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Warm, creative, and full of character, this is a nursery where the environment does half the work - and they're now looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader / Third in Charge to help bring it fully to life.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential

• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting

• A creative, imaginative approach to early years practice with a genuine passion for child development

• Confident leading a room team and supporting the wider nursery leadership

• Warm, dependable, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Leading your room with warmth and confidence, creating a stimulating environment where every child feels safe to explore and grow

• Supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy in the wider leadership and day-to-day running of the setting

• Planning and delivering creative, imaginative activities that nurture curiosity and a love of learning

• Observing and tracking children's development in line with EYFS, sharing progress meaningfully with families

• Mentoring and supporting your room team, acting as a positive and consistent role model

• Contributing to the nursery's culture, values, and continuous improvement as a key member of the leadership team
