We're looking for a dedicated early years professional who can confidently lead a room, support colleagues, and deliver exceptional care and education while ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar role
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
• Support and mentor team members to deliver outstanding practice
• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor children's development and support positive outcomes
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
• Promote children's confidence, independence, and love of learning
