Room Leader

Job description

Nursery Room Leader

£14.00 - £14.50 per Hour | 37 Hours per Week | 4-Day Working Week

Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

Unlike many larger settings, the nursery operates with a much smaller daily attendance - This allows practitioners to build meaningful relationships with children and families while delivering high-quality, personalised care and education.

The nursery primarily operates as one large, engaging learning environment, alongside a dedicated baby room. This creates a unique opportunity for a Room Leader who enjoys variety and is confident supporting children across different stages of their early years journey.

  • Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or experienced Nursery Practitioner

  • A nurturing, child-focused approach

What's On Offer

  • £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
  • 37-hour week across just 4 days
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Smaller daily occupancy for more meaningful interactions
  • Supportive and friendly management team
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunity to lead within a well-established nursery
  • Positive and collaborative working environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the main nursery room
