Salary: £31,800 per annum
Full-Time, 40 hours per week

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Experience as a Third in Charge, Senior Practitioner, or Room Leader within a nursery setting
- A warm, confident leadership style that fits naturally into a close-knit, nurturing environment
- A solid understanding of EYFS and early childhood development
- Enthusiastic about forest school and outdoor learning
- Reliable, organised, and a strong communicator with families and staff alike

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy in the day-to-day leadership and running of the setting
- Acting as a senior presence across the nursery, leading by example and supporting the wider team
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative activities in line with EYFS, making full use of the forest school sessions and wonderful outdoor garden
- Overseeing your room with confidence, creating a warm and stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore and grow
- Observing and documenting children's development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Mentoring and supporting practitioners, helping to develop a strong and cohesive team
- Deputising for the Manager and Deputy when required, maintaining strong leadership and continuity
- Contributing to the nursery's Good Ofsted standards and continuous quality improvement
