Jahmane Johnson
Sales Supervisor
Hi Im Jahmane my approach to recruitment is centred on listening to candidates and advising them toward roles that align with their skills, experience, and career goals. Everyone needs a job, but the right job can make all the difference.
I am a hardworking dad with a family of four, and we all understand the challenges that come with balancing work and life. As parents, we push ourselves to be better versions of ourselves every day, knowing that we are role models for our children.
I see recruitment in the same light. Candidates and clients place their trust in us to find the right fit, and that responsibility is not taken lightly. Changing jobs can be daunting because opportunities are sometimes presented in a way that isn’t entirely accurate. That’s why I make it a priority to be clear from the start about the type of service I provide and the expectations we aim to meet.
I find it incredibly rewarding to understand what a candidate truly wants, work closely with clients to match them with the right person, and build long term relationships. The most fulfilling part of recruitment is successfully placing someone in a role and having them return in the future, knowing they can trust you to guide them again.
I’m friendly, but I will chase feedback like it owes me money, because your career deserves answers.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing and coaching football, as well as spending quality time with my family.
If you’re ready to move forward, apply now or search for the role that feels right for you.
