Salary: £27,000 – £29,500 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Full-time, 41 hours per week

What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – Essential
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, organised, and caring approach to supporting young children
- Ability to help lead and inspire a small team in a busy early years environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the room
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitor and record children’s progress, sharing key updates with parents
- Help manage room resources and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
- Be a positive role model and support junior team members
