Nursery Manager – £43,000 per annum
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

About You
We’re looking for a driven and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- A Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and current childcare legislation
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing teams and nursery operations
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and inspiring your team to do the same
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities
As Nursery Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the daily management and operation of the nursery
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team of early years professionals
- Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory requirements and delivers high standards of care and education
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
- Foster strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Monitor children's development and ensure effective implementation of the EYFS
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice, team training, and high-quality provision
