Salary: Up to £29,500 | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Discounted Childcare + Birthday Off

What You’ll Need
To be successful in this Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) role, you will need:
- Qualification - Level 3 Early Years, or equivalent
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports learning and development
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities tailored to individual needs
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth through play and learning
- Building strong, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing regular updates and progress
- Working closely with the nursery team to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism
- Following all nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety regulations
