Our client is looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team. Located in a beautiful nursery with exceptional outdoor play areas, the service is committed to providing a stimulating and supportive environment where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to learn through play.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic early years professional looking to grow within a setting that values staff wellbeing, development, and team culture.

 

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a positive, safe, and enriching environment for young children. You’ll be working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, supporting each child’s individual needs and promoting a love of learning.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A warm, caring, and positive attitude
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about supporting every child’s individual learning journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support the emotional, physical, and educational development of children aged 0–5
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to individual learning needs
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support development
  • Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning space indoors and outdoors
