Our client is looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team. Located in a beautiful nursery with exceptional outdoor play areas, the service is committed to providing a stimulating and supportive environment where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to learn through play.

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework
- Support the emotional, physical, and educational development of children aged 0–5
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to individual learning needs
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support development
- Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning space indoors and outdoors
