Nursery Practitioner – Level 3+ | Up to £13 per hour | Full-time (4.5 days, 41 hours per week)

Our client, a warm and Ofsted-rated “Good” nursery, is looking for a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team.

Whether you’re an experienced Level 3 practitioner or hold higher qualifications such as Level 6 or QTS, you’ll be valued for your skills and supported in your career development.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A warm, approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
• Higher hourly rates available for those with Level 6 or QTS.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Plan, prepare and implement engaging activities tailored to individual children’s needs.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development in a safe, inclusive setting.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to observations and assessments.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
