Nursery Practitioner – Baby or Toddler Room | Up to £29,900 | 40 Hours per week | Level 3 Early Years

 

Our client, a warm and welcoming nursery rated “Good” by Ofsted, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their baby or toddler room on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing early years environment, set within a bright, purpose-built space that includes spacious, light and airy rooms, a dedicated soft play and sensory room, and a large garden for daily outdoor adventures.

 

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or newly qualified with a Level 3 in Early Years, this nursery values individuality, creativity, and a genuine love for supporting children's early development.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
  • Passionate about supporting children’s development and learning through play
  • Confident working in a baby or toddler room setting
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment tailored to babies or toddlers’ needs
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework
  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with parents and carers
  • Promote inclusive practice and celebrate each child’s individuality
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate observations and assessments to support each child’s progress
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
