Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Early Years

 

This brand new nursery has been designed to provide high-quality care and development opportunities for children, including light and airy rooms and a garden for outdoor learning. In this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role, you will contribute to children’s learning, wellbeing, and daily routines while working within clear structures and support systems. Salary is up to £28,500 for a full-time, permanent position.

 

Before You Apply

  • Applicants must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Relevant experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
  • This role is not suitable for candidates without hands-on experience supporting children aged 0–5.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences across the nursery
  • Support planning, observation, and record-keeping for each child
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain safety and quality standards
  • Engage children in play, learning, and developmental activities
