Before You Apply

What You’ll Need

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a UK nursery
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to contribute confidently within ratio

• Take responsibility as a key person, supporting children’s progress
• Observe, assess, and record development accurately
