Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) – £28,000 per annum
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your childcare career? Our client is looking for a qualified Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their warm and welcoming team.

About You
We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, leadership, and genuine care to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 3 in Early Years or an equivalent childcare qualification
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a leadership or senior role
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development principles
- Excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills
- A nurturing, enthusiastic approach and commitment to delivering high standards of care and education

Key Responsibilities
As Nursery Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Early Years Practitioners, supporting their growth and performance
- Plan and implement creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Monitor and report on children’s development and progress
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are met to the highest standard
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting through training, reflection, and teamwork
