Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) – £28,000 per annum
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

 

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your childcare career? Our client is looking for a qualified Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their warm and welcoming team.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled childcare professional to lead a room within a high-quality nursery setting, inspire colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on young children’s early development.

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, leadership, and genuine care to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 3 in Early Years or an equivalent childcare qualification
  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a leadership or senior role
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development principles
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills
  • A nurturing, enthusiastic approach and commitment to delivering high standards of care and education

Key Responsibilities

As Nursery Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Early Years Practitioners, supporting their growth and performance
  • Plan and implement creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Monitor and report on children’s development and progress
  • Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are met to the highest standard
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting through training, reflection, and teamwork
