Nursery Room Leader | Up to £34,000 | Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Proven experience in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in childcare.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and patient approach with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support your nursery room team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with EYFS.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and compliant setting, following safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
