What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years or Childcare — essential.
• Proven experience within a nursery or childcare setting, ideally at a senior or Room Leader level.
• In-depth understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for nurturing early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating setting for all children.
• Inspire, support, and guide your team, fostering best practice in line with EYFS standards.
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that support holistic development.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to promote children’s wellbeing.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
