What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
  • Experience within a pre-school or nursery environment.
  • Confident understanding of EYFS and child development.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and communicate clearly.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the pre-school room, ensuring a warm, stimulating and curiosity-driven environment.
  • Plan engaging experiences that support school readiness and children’s next steps.
  • Coach and support your room team, modelling great practice every day.
  • Build strong relationships with families, sharing achievements and updates.
  • Oversee safeguarding, observations and documentation in line with EYFS.
