What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
- Experience within a pre-school or nursery environment.
- Confident understanding of EYFS and child development.
- Ability to lead, motivate and communicate clearly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the pre-school room, ensuring a warm, stimulating and curiosity-driven environment.
- Plan engaging experiences that support school readiness and children’s next steps.
- Coach and support your room team, modelling great practice every day.
- Build strong relationships with families, sharing achievements and updates.
- Oversee safeguarding, observations and documentation in line with EYFS.
