Senior Healthcare Assistant – Neurological & Specialist Care | 37.5 Hours per week | Up to £14 per hour + Enhancements
Please note a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential, as there is no public transport available to the site.
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a dedicated team providing high-quality care to adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. This role offers full-time hours, and a competitive pay rate of up to £14 per hour, with enhanced rates for weekends, bank holidays, and overtime.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
- Ideally experienced in neurological, complex care, or palliative care.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care standards, and infection control.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

- Provide high-quality personal care in line with best practice and individual needs.
- Observe, record, and report changes in service users’ wellbeing.

- Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
